Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

We have both a physical body and a mind, the two are linked in all that we do.

When trying to achieve a goal, despite our best efforts, we may sabotage ourselves by using behaviours that don’t support us. Our unresolved emotions linked with theses behaviours play a large role in why we can’t achieve what we really want.

Hypnotherapy is a way in which to identify these patterns, bring them to our attention, and retrain our responses to them.

As well as the more conventional forms of Hypnotherapy, kate offers the combination of her skills as a hypnotherapist with Body Psychotherapy. This allows greater connection from the mind to the body helping with root causes to issues such as depression, anxiety, addictions, weight loss or gain, health concerns, confidence loss and body image.
