Kate uses a combination of body psychotherapy, somatic Movement, yoga and hypnotherapy in her group work.

Participants learn how to recognise their own Stress levels, how to alleviate them and how to manage their lives to minimise the effects of stress.

The classes are a mixture of Movement and experiential learning, designed to educate and equip people with skills for the long term that increase wellbeing and good health


Kate can tailor sessions in Somatics, fitness training and yoga for your organisation.

She has taught groups on well-being at work, Stress management, bespoke group exercise and has held retreats focussing on women’s health.

She currently tailors groups for addiction recovery centres, domestic abuse charities and corporate wellness.
