Kate has trained under the instruction of Laarni and Steven Benitez in Silat and Silat yoga. The movements are from the South East Asian Martial art and have both a strong conditioning element and an internal gentler aspect.

This style of yoga is unique and holistic, allowing all levels of ability to find a strength both physically and within their character and mind.
